PhD in Education (Universidad Diego Portales, Chile), specializing in school management and pedagogical leadership, with a doctoral research fellowship (sandwich PhD) at the University of Granada, Spain. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Education Management and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy. My career spans public-sector education leadership, academia, the third sector, and classroom practice, bringing a systems perspective grounded in the realities of Brazilian education.

Rogério is a computer science Ph.D. Candidate at the Federal University of Pernambuco. He recently participated in a 6-month visiting program at Stanford University through the Lemann Center. His research focuses on Data Mining and Machine Learning, with a primary emphasis on applying these techniques to educational data. In addition to his academic pursuits, Rogério has been an IT Analyst at Instituto Federal do Norte de Minas Gerais since 2010.
