Scheila Wesley Martins
She holds Technical Certificate in Executive Secretariat (1994 - Vocational high school). Since 1993 she took many internships in governmental companies, financial institutions, and in the engineering department at a state-owned power distribution enterprise in Brazil. She holds B.Sc in Computer Science from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (1998), and hold a Postgraduation Certificate (Associate Degree in the US) in Computers and Education from the Federal University of Lavras (2003), a Master in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2005) and took her Ph.D.
