School Leadership

PhD in Education (Universidad Diego Portales, Chile), specializing in school management and pedagogical leadership, with a doctoral research fellowship (sandwich PhD) at the University of Granada, Spain. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Education Management and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy. My career spans public-sector education leadership, academia, the third sector, and classroom practice, bringing a systems perspective grounded in the realities of Brazilian education.

Francisco has a BA in Public Administration, a graduate degree in Neuroscience and Education and an MA in International Comparative Education. I have worked for Minas Gerais state government for nine years, leading people and projects in the educational area. I led the implementation of the state's curricular reform, and have led our vocational education system. I am currently working as Head of Product in Vetor Brasil, supporting governments map school leadership competencies and recruit effective schools leaders through our psychometric tests and expertise in selective processes.
