Tales Mançano
Tales Mançano is a Graduate Student in Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP). His research focuses on the political economy of inequality reduction, specifically regarding access to tertiary education in Brazil. His work evaluates the impact of the quotas system and the ProUni program through a theoretical framework that integrates New Institutionalism with Welfare State research. He is a researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM), a FAPESP/CEPID center.
