Tales Mançano

Tales Mançano is a Graduate Student in Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP). His research focuses on the political economy of inequality reduction, specifically regarding access to tertiary education in Brazil. His work evaluates the impact of the quotas system and the ProUni program through a theoretical framework that integrates New Institutionalism with Welfare State research. He is a researcher at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CEM), a FAPESP/CEPID center.

Marsílea Gombata

Marsílea Gombata is a visiting scholar at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Education (GSE), researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP) and Center for Research in International Relations (NUPRI) at the University of Sao Paulo (USP), and professor of international relations at the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP).
