Giordano is the head of the board at CESAR. He is a professor at Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), where he coordinates the research group MUSTIC, and the president of the CECM of the Brazilian Computing Society (SBC). He is an associate at CESAR, founder and member of the board of the Recife Agency for Innovation and Strategy (ARIES), and entrepreneur of five different digital startups.
Tel Amiel is a researcher at NIED, University of Campinas (UNICAMP) where he coordinates the UNESCO Chair in Open Education. He has previously been a visiting fellow at the University of Wollongong and a visiting professor at Utah State University. He currently conducts research funded by FAPESP and CAPES on schooling and teacher professional development at the intersection of open education, educational technology, and school improvement.

Alfredo Sandes Sampaio is a highly accomplished individual with a wealth of experience in the fields of education, technology, and private equity. He is a Director at Advent International Corporation in São Paulo, Brazil and a Strategic Advisor at Medway, a leading edtech company.
