Full professor at the Federal University of Ceara and currently coordinator of articulation between the university and basic education in the Integrated School of Academic Development and Innovation. Creator and Coordinator of the following programs: Cooperative Cell Education Program – PRECE (1998 –2010), Cooperative Learning Program in Student Cells – PACCE. (2009 – 2014); Program to Stimulate Cooperation in the Public Schools – PRECE (2016 – 2019). Leader of a team of teachers, since 2010, assigned by the Secretary of Education of the State of Ceara and the Municipality of Fortaleza to implement training courses for teachers and students in the public school of Ceara state and develop the model of the Cooperative Learning and Solidarity School in Ceara state. Consultant to the establishment of the Cooperative Learning Program at the state University of Mato Grosso – UNEMAT (2012) and of the Professional Education Schools: Alan Pinho Tabosa in Pentecoste. (2011 – 2019) and Maria Giselda Teixeira in Palmacia – Ceará . (2017 – 2019), both schools situated in the cities of Pentecoste and Palmacia, respectively. Founder of the NGO Coração de Estudante Institute in 1998, organization that is currently working in partnership with public schools in Ceara. Ashoka Fellow since 2004.
