Before joining the Lemann Center at Stanford, Ligia Battagello Eloy was Project Manager at Ayrton Senna Institute, where she implemented the governance process for the Education Team, acted as a portfolio manager and conducted the strategic planning process and team allocation management. Prior to that, she supported and implemented the fundraising strategy, managing donors accounts.

Ligia holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (2009) and a MSc degree in International Management (2013) from Fundação Getulio Vargas, focusing her study in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Impact.
Currently, Ligia is supporting Lemann Center's studies focused on the relation between mid-level management on regional departments of education and student achievement.
