Dr. Daniel Mato is a professor at the Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero and principal researcher at the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research. He holds the UNESCO chair "Higher Education and Indigenous and Afro-descendant Peoples in Latin America," and has authored numerous publications on culture, politics, power, and racism in higher education.

Dr. Silvio Almeida is an associate professor of law and philosophy at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, São Paulo, Brazil, where he directs the Inclusion and Diversity Project, which prepares Black students for careers in major law firms. He is an associate professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation School of Business Administration and author of Structural Racism and many other publications.
