About Felipe Proto
Studying at the world's best universities is a life-changing opportunity, but today, it remains a privilege accessible to very few Brazilians. Significant barriers prevent individuals from low-income backgrounds and diverse regions of Brazil from pursuing this path. Initiatives from civil society and government highlight the strong interest among Brazilians in studying abroad. However, turning this interest into a common reality remains a challenge. This presentation will explore possible solutions to address these barriers, mainly based on insights from Colombian's successful experience.
