Senior researcher at the Department of Eaducational Research at Carlos Chagas Foundation. PhD in Public Administration and Government at EAESP-FGV. Develop studies on educational policies, especially about teacher related issues such as initial education, professional development, wages and working conditions. Have worked with educational assessment and indicators, and in educational policy comparative analysis. Work in research and consultancy projects for Brazilian organizations, such as secretaries of education, and international institutions, such as OECD and OREALC/UNESCO.

Caetano Siqueira

Caetano works at the intersection of management and education, with experience leading the design and implementation of educational public policies at federal and state levels, as well as educational content creation for k-12. He is currently managing the private sector support for brazilian govenments to improve policies for teachers at Profissão Docente. Caetano holds an MA in International Comparative Education from Stanford and a BS in Economics from University of São Paulo.
