Caetano is an MA candidate at the International and Comparative Education program at Stanford Graduate School of Education. Prior to that, he earned a BA in Economics from the University of São Paulo, where he studied the impact of public policy in education.

Before coming to Stanford, Caetano worked for 4 years at Geekie, a Brazilian EdTech startup, with project management and curriculum construction for high and middle school. In parallel to that, he was a volunteer 6th-grade math and socio-emotional skills teacher at Crea+ Brazil.

Currently, he studies district-level policies and school-level practices for the development of socio-emotional skills in California. His interests also include early childhood development and innovation.
