Filipe Recch is a Ph.D. candidate in International Comparative Education/SHIPS at Stanford University. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Federal University of Minas Gerais-UFMG). Filipe worked on Natura Institute, coordinating the Conviva Educacão, a project that supports the management of municipal secretariats of education. Previously, he worked for five years in the government of Minas Gerais in the State Departments of Education and of Social Development.
