Raquel Sobral Nonato

Raquel Sobral Nonato holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Public Administration and Government from EAESP/FGV and a bachelor's degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). She is a Visiting Scholar at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education and leads the Knowledge Management division at Itaú Foundation, focusing on education and employment. Her work centers on public policy, monitoring and evaluation, and cross-sector collaboration, with a particular interest in advancing equity through vocational education policies.

Francisco Mello Castro

Francisco has a BA in Public Administration, a graduate degree in Neuroscience and Education and an MA in International Comparative Education. I have worked for Minas Gerais state government for nine years, leading people and projects in the educational area. I led the implementation of the state's curricular reform, and have led our vocational education system. I am currently working as Head of Product in Vetor Brasil, supporting governments map school leadership competencies and recruit effective schools leaders through our psychometric tests and expertise in selective processes.
