Luana Marotta
Luana Marotta is an Education Senior Associate at the IDB’s Education Division. She currently leads the education projects in Ecuador and Bolivia. Her work has been mostly focused on issues affecting the teacher labor force, including recruitment, hiring, and preparation, as well as teachers’ effects on student outcomes.
