Raquel Coelho

Raquel Coelho is a PhD student in Learning Sciences and Technology Design, Education Data Science, and International Comparative Education at the Stanford Graduate School of Education. She holds an M.A. degree in International Comparative Education from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in Portuguese Language and Brazilian Literature from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Her current research interest is the connection between culture and learning, especially as it relates to the education of students who have been historically marginalized in Brazilian society.

Felipe Michel Santos Araújo Braga

Felipe Michel Braga has an MA in International Educational Administration and Policy Analysis (Stanford), a degree in Public Administration (Joao Pinheiro Foundation), and a degree in Economics (Federal University of Minas Gerais). He is a civil servant, member of the career of Experts in Public Policies and Government Management in Minas Gerais, where he worked at the Planning and Management Secretariat (State for Results Program), at the Office of Strategic Priorities, and at the State Department of Education.
