Joice Toyota is co-founder and Executive Director of Vetor Brasil. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, an MBA, and a Masters in Education from Stanford University. While graduating from the USP, she was president of the Federation of Junior Companies of the State of São Paulo. She worked in strategic consultancy for seven years in sectors including financial services, agribusiness, aviation, and public education (in the states of Amazonas and Goiás). Joice also worked as a director for the Education Department of Goiás and Teach For America in the United States. Joice is a Young Global Leader (World Economic Forum), Lemann Fellow, Education Pioneers Fellow, and Person of the Year fellow of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce. She holds a scholarship from the Estudar Foundation.
