Fátima Bayma de Oliveira is a professor at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration at Getulio Vargas Foundation, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her primary research focus are inclusion and diversity policies and teaching strategies .She is President of the Committee of Inclusion and Diversity at Rio de Janeiro State Educational Council. She was previously the Jobs and Wages Director at Brazil’s Ministry of Labor and Employment. She holds a PhD in Education from Rio de Janeiro Federal University and a Master’s in Administration from Connecticut University - USA.
