Enid Rocha is a career member of IPEA She brings nearly three decades of experience in researching and assessing government policy priorities, where she is mostly working with evaluation of social policies. She has evaluated educational, labor and promotion of children's rights polices. Her currently research also includes studies on youth educational and labor market decisions. She obtained a graduation degree and MA in Economics, respectively at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and the University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), as well as a PhD degree in Social Sciences at the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at UNICAMP. She has also hold several important executive and policy-maker positions in ministries responsible for designing social and economic public policies, especially the Ministry of Planning and the Secretariat of the Brazilian Presidency.
